*Entry form must be complete and in the BSSG office by July 9 @ 5:00 pm, including rosters, entry fee, and signed waivers.

*Maximum of 14 players per entry. Each additional player after 14 is $20. Roster changes are subject to approval.

    General Guidelines
  1. Do not compete or spectate if you are sick; stay home and out of public places.
  2. Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer before and after competing and/or spectating at an event.
  3. Maintain 6’ physical distancing while spectating.
  4. Some events by their nature do not allow physical distancing; understand the inherent risks of entering this event.
  5. Please limit spectators to one person per registered participant.
  6. Spectators must wear a mask. Please bring your own.
  7. Bring your own water, seating and shade.

Commissioners

ASA Sanctioned

The tournament is Amateur Softball Association of America (ASA) sanctioned. ASA registration is required and available on site. Teams from WY, ID or SD will need to provide a signed ASA Roster by the ASA district or State Commissioner with the mail in entry form (please pay with separate check made out to ASA) or register on site. ASA registration fee is an additional $35.

Registration

A minimum of 6 registered teams required by July 9 for each division. BSSG reserves the right to cancel or combine divisions that do not fill the 6 team limit. Non-filled divisions that are cancelled will be refunded the entry fee with the return of the t-shirt letter. Extended size t-shirts 2X or 3X is an additional $2.

Adding/Changing Roster

After registration, you can continue to add/swap players on our website until (1) July 9 and/or (2) you reach the maximum players per entry fee (14 players). Each additional player after 14 is $20. After July 9, all roster additions/changes (including swaps) must be submitted at the event site prior to the first game (during designated times). Onsite additions cost $20 per player. Onsite changes/swaps cost $10 (for any number of players). Each roster change/addition will be evaluated by the sport commissioner and the Big Sky Games office upon submission. Big Sky Games and the Sport Commissioner reserve the right to approve or deny any submission. No refunds will be provided should a submission be denied.

Equipment

ABSOLUTELY NO STEEL CLEATS IN CO-ED (NO EXCEPTIONS). ALL OTHERS NO STEEL CLEATS PLEASE.

Scheduling
  • Players registered with teams playing in different divisions (Men’s, Women’s and Co-Ed) should be aware that GAMES WILL NOT BE HELD UP FOR PLAYERS WITH SCHEDULING CONFLICTS.
  • Players must choose where they want to play. Plan to have available sufficient number of roster players on your team registration to cover any possible schedule conflicts if you are playing in multiple divisions.
  • If tournament is cancelled before play begins each team will receive t-shirts and $70.00 refund for Slow-Pitch and $70.00 refund for Fast-Pitch (provided entry received before deadline).
