All 2019 and 2020 Big Sky State Games medalists, and some 2021 medalists are eligible to compete in the
2021 State Games of America in Ames-Des Moines, Iowa.

Current sports are:

Archery, Basketball, Biathlon, Billiards, Bowling, Cycling (Mountain Bike), Disc Golf, Equestrian, Figure Skating, Golf, Ice Hockey, Karate, Pickleball, Racquetball, Road Race, Shooting, Soccer, Softball, Swimming, Tae Kwon Do/Judo, Tennis, Track & Field, and Weightlifting.
