Sebastian Diaz is originally from Medellin, Colombia, Sebastian is now a US citizen, and has been a resident of Montana for over 8 years. He has a degree in Forest Fire Management from the University of Montana. He currently works for the Montana Migrant Council. Prior to that, he worked for the US Forest Service battling wild fires in the pacific and northwest. His experience in soccer ranges from playing at the high school level, to coaching and managing teams of all ages. He currently manages his own team in Billings called La Palmita FC. He has also helped manage a team of orphan boys named Rwot Kerr in Kitgum, Northern Uganda. His passion in life is to represent the minorities, and help people that don't have resources to be successful.
Andres has played soccer his entire life. He was born in Ecuador and moved to the US at the age of 19. He played college soccer at MSUB and coached the Laurel Storm U-15. Currently, he works at Montana Agricultural Worker Health & Services and is involved in the adult soccer spring and summer league.
All 2017 and 2018 Big Sky State Games medalists, and some 2019 medalists are eligible to compete in the
2019 State Games of America in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Archery, Basketball, Biathlon, Billiards, Bowling, Cycling (Mountain Bike), Disc Golf, Equestrian, Fencing, Figure Skating, Golf, Ice Hockey, Karate, Lacrosse, Pickleball, Racquetball, Road Race, Shooting, Soccer, Softball, Swimming, Tae Kwon Do/Judo, Tennis, Track & Field, Ultimate Frisbee, Weightlifting, and Wrestling.

We will play 2 halves of 30 minutes with a 5 minute half-time. There won’t be any stoppage time! Starting from the playoff round, if there is a tie at the end of the game we will go straight to a Penalty Shootout which means there won’t be any over-time. We will have 5 shooters and if it’s still a tie, we will have sudden death with 1 shooter from each team.
3 female players on the field at all times.
3 points for a win, 1 point for a tie, 0 point for a loss. Tiebreakers to determine group winners & final seeding if teams are tied on points (in order)
If still tied after all tie breakers we will have a PK shootout.
All other rules not covered here will be from United States Soccer Federation (USSF). There will be no protest!!
You will be able to substitute a player when the ball will be out of bounds. Substitutions are made at the half way line.
Co-Ed teams will play on field 1. Men’s teams will play on field 2. The Commissioner’s table will be between the two fields. Only teams who are playing and officials are allowed to be between field 1 and 2. If your team doesn’t play there is no need for you to be between those two fields. I attached the Amend Park field Map, so you know where to go.
If you need treatment because of an injury, a medical tent will be available close to the Pavilion (check out the Amend Park Field Map).
We have brought certified referee to ref games. They are VOLUNTEERS to ref these games, so make sure you and your players respect them. We are here to compete in a nice and fun environment, so let’s keep it that way.
There will be garbage bags around the fields. Please make the effort to put your trash in the garbage bags. Don’t drop your trash on the ground!! We will do our best to empty garbage bags and put new ones up regularly. If you see a full garbage bag, let us know and we will put a new one up, don’t put your trash near the garbage bag… We will appreciate your effort.
Adult division will be limited to 8 teams in the Co-Ed division and 8 teams in the Men’s Division. Teams are required to provide one line referee for each of their own games. Center will be provided. Guaranteed three games.
BRING YOUR OWN SHADE!
Each team must have two different colored shirts, one primary and one alternate color. Indicate team shirt colors on Team Entry Form under Event Information. Shin guards are required - socks over.
