The 14th Annual Big Sky State Games National Anthem Contest winner is Tina Phillips of Circle. She will sing the National Anthem at the 38th Annual Big Sky State Games Opening Ceremonies on Friday, July 14 in Billings.

Phillips is married with 3 children and has been a nurse for 29 years. Tina, who grew up on a farm outside of Brockway and started singing when she was young, was in a band as a backup singer in her teens and in her 20's and 30's performed in a lot of contest and country showdowns. Through the years she as continued to sing, perfoming the Natioan Anthem at rodeos.

Gates open at 5:30 p.m. at Wendy’s Field at Daylis Stadium.
