Special Information

Team Details

This is a 4/3 Coed tournament, teams can choose the gender blend. 7 players from each team play at a time. Medals for all players on 1st, 2nd & 3rd placed teams. Individuals looking for a team can register under the individual registration; however, this will not guarantee team placement.

  • Each player must have a light and a dark shirt or jersey to play in.
  • Cleats are recommended, but not required.
  • Players are asked to provide their own water.
  • Sunscreen is strongly recommended.
  • Bring your own shade!

A basic and founding principal of the sport of ultimate is “Spirit of the Game.” Ultimate stresses sportsmanship and fair play. Competitive play is encouraged, but never at the expense of respect between players, adherence to the rules, and the basic joy of play.

USA Ultimate Rules

Players are responsible for their own foul and line calls. Players resolve their own disputes using the call, contest/no-contest method as described in the current USA Ultimate (formerly the Ultimate Players Association or UPA) rule book. These rules dictate how to play the sport as well as what is considered a foul. A current edition of the rule book will also be distributed to each team at the start of the weekend. Additionally, the League Commissioner will go over rules and expectations for conduct, including how to handle disputes, at the start of the weekend with captains and other interested players.
